Environment Montana Research and Policy Center Staff
Ms. Borden has over ten years of experience working to protect open space and promote clean air, clean water, and clean energy sources for everyone. Before she came to Environment Montana Research and Policy Center, she worked as a political consultant on environmental issue campaigns and as a legal consultant in environmental court cases, including the multidistrict BP oil spill litigation. She is also the author of a nonfiction book about water scarcity in Atlanta, Thirsty City, which was a finalist for the Southern Environmental Law Center's 2016 Reed Environmental Writing Award.
She graduated with high honors from Vermont Law School in 2011, where she recieved both a juris doctorate degree and a Masters in Environmental Law and Policy. She graduated from Middlebury College with honors in 2006.
